Who is Nicolas Chaillan, according to Wikipedia?
Although Nicolas Chaillan does not yet have a Wikipedia article, we do know a little about the Pentagon’s first chief software officer.
He was born in Marseille, France, on August 3, 1984, to Sylvie and Bernard Chaillan. His father worked as a reporter. His mother’s occupation is unclear at this time. He, like his mother, never spoke about his love life or his marriage (if married).
He became a citizen of the United States in August 2016 and now resides in Washington.
Nicolas became an early pioneer and contributor to PHP, a language specifically designed for web programming, when he was 14 years old. Then, at the age of 18, he formally joined the PHP team in 2002, where he assisted in the development of extensions such as SPPLUS and Cybermut.

Nicolas Chaillan has made some bold assertions about the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in combat. He predicted that the United States will lose AI warfare against China one out of every hundred times.
