Leilani Beauchamp, a 19-year-old woman from Fairfield, went missing on Saturday evening, according to police. She was a Carmel resident who was last seen at a Sacramento Holloween party early the following morning.
She is now living on Cascade Lane at Travis Air Force Base with two active-duty Air Force soldiers.
Beauchamp was also slain in a homicide at the Cascade Lane residence, according to Travis Air Force Base police detectives and investigators. The police and the Monterey County Sheriff’s Department worked together to find the corpse of the victim.
The sheriff’s department was called to an unincorporated area on the 300 block of Corral De Tierra on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. to investigate the discovery of a Carmel woman’s remains.

Jessica Quintanilla: Who Is She?
Jessica Quintanilla, a 21-year-old Pittsburg woman, has been named as one of the suspects in the murder of Leilani Beauchamp on October 31.
The arrestees’ photographs were not released, nor were any additional information regarding the incident. Officials said the investigation is active and continuing.
Details On Jessica Quintanilla’s Arrest And Charges
Jessica Quintanilla was apprehended in Pittsburg for a homicide.
Juan Para-Peralta, a 20-year-old Fairfield resident, has also been accused with assisting in the death of another person. Travis Air Force Base stated Monday that he worked as a cargo processing specialist.
Marco Quintanilla, a 27-year-old Pittsburg resident, has also been charged with accessory to murder and violating his parole. He is now doing time on parole for felony attempted murder.
The victim’s family got condolences from the police and sheriff’s offices after the tragedy.
