According to the victim, she remembers getting on the train and then nothing until the authorities arrived and took her assailant away. She also revealed that she had a few beers after work and had boarded the wrong train when Ngoy approached her.
Ngoy, on the other hand, claims to have recognised the woman and approached her to chat with her. The woman, on the other hand, continuously pulled Ngoy away as he sought to touch her and abused her, according to the footage.
The 911 call appears to have been made by a SEPTA employee, allowing officers to arrest Ngoy on the spot. Ngoy was charged with rape and violence as a result, and he remains in jail, unable to post bail.
