She was arrested on Christmas Eve at their Austin, Texas, home for domestic violence charges, which her husband said stemmed from “prescription lopsidedness.” She was married to Infowars founder Alex Jones at the time of the arrest.
Erika Jones was taken into custody by deputies from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office and booked into an Austin jail at 8:45 p.m. on Friday, according to court records.
Erika also appears to be dealing with crime indictments involving assault, causing significant injury to a family member, and resisting arrest, according to prison records. The victim, on the other hand, has not yet been identified.

Erika Wulff Jones Files for Divorce Following Domestic Violence
There has been no public announcement of Alex and Erika’s divorce, which occurred amid domestic violence, until now. Alex, on the other hand, said in an interview that the following occurrence occurred as a result of an imbalance in his medicine.
Alex Jones, a well-known conspiracy theorist, declined Saturday to elaborate or to say whether or not he had been hurt, instead rambling on about his wife’s recent change of medicine, among other things.
Jones stated that he would have preferred not to confirm in front of the council because he is concerned that Congressional pioneers will hold him accountable for lying after pledging to speak the truth.
Jones stated that his wife’s arrest “doesn’t have anything to do with my views” and that “it wasn’t some sort of personal spiteful thing or anything” on his part.
